PrepperCon, LLC reserves the right to remove anyone from the event for the following reasons:
Disruptive Behavior: If the behavior of the ticket holder is deemed to be disruptive to the Event or if the participant is rude or not acting in a professional manner (as determined by the Organizer or South Towne Exposition personnel), the Organizer may ask the participant to leave or remove the participant from the Event. The participant, at that point, would not receive a refund of their ticket price.
Other reasons for expulsion:
- No ticket / wristband
- Helping someone sneak into the event
- Failing to ensure that a child for which you are responsible has proper adult supervision at all times.
- Allowing a child for which you are responsible to violate any of the stated rules.
- Failing to respect other participants, vendors, or event management and volunteers
- Malicious destruction of property
- Possession of alcohol if under 21
- Serving alcohol to someone under 21
- Drunken behavior
- Violating any of the fire rules
