Vendors must have
staff at their booth the entire show time.
Vendors may not bring
underage persons into the convention exhibits. This includes
dependents.
Mid-West Vapor Expo
is strictly 18+
No animals other than
service animals are allowed.
Convention Center and
Mid-West Vapor Expo are not liable for damages, or loss of property
during the event.
Vendors may purchase
event insurance to cover themselves and booth space. Mid-West Vapor
Expo holds insurance on the event, staff, attendees, and facility
for the event.
Security will be
provided for during and after the convention.
Vendors are
responsible to keep their booths clean and presentable. Staff will
be on hand to clean isle ways and trash cans.
Absolutely no Drug
related material may be sold or advertised by vendors. This includes
marijuana/CBD related products (It is illegal in ohio).
Vendors are expected
to be on time to setup and tear down. In case of delay or emergency
contact Mid-West Vapor Expo staff.
Booth spaces
non-refundable unless the convention is cancelled. If you decided
not to attend notify Mid-West Vapor Expo staff.
If Mid-West Vapor
Expo is cancelled Vendors will receive a full refund.
No outside
food/drinks may be sold at the convention.
If there are any
conflicts of interest between potential vendors notify Mid-West
Vapor Expo in advance so we can arrange booths in a way that
separates the vendors.
Vendors are
responsible to have the proper business license and sales
certificates required to operate a business.
NO Tolerance for
fighting, drugs, or any other illegal activity. This is a community
and you will be required to leave if you are caught breaking the
rules.
Mid-West Vapor Expo
ask that all vendors help promote and invite individuals to the
convention. Mid-West Vapor Expo will send promotional materials to
all shops within a 350-mile radius as well as send free B2B passes
to all shops within 500 miles to ensure a great B2B turnout for
vendors.
No
early teardown without Midwest Vapor Expo Staff approval. If you
cannot exhibit for the full show time then please do not signup.
The Terms of this
Contract may change or update as needed.
No
throwing hard objects into crowds (Bottles, Mods, Boxes, or any
object that could cause injury)
Female
and Male models must dress within legal boundaries.
