Each Exhibitor Endcap is 10'x20' includes Three (3) topped and skirted 2'x8' tables and Four (4) chairs. Each Exhibitor Endcap also includes Four (4) Staff Badges. Staff Badges are only to be used by representatives working at an Exhibitor Booth. All Premium Endcap spaces are located in high traffic areas.

2018 Streamer/Content Creator 10'x10' EARLY BIRD PRICE - LIMITED QUANTITY!!! (limit 1)

Streamer/Content Creator booths are only available to Exhibitors Promoting their Streaming or YouTube Channel. You are allowed to sell merchandise related directly to your channel such as T-Shirts but if you plan to sell general gaming merchandise, you must purchase a Standard Exhibitor Space. Each Streamer/Content Creator space is 10'x10' and includes One (1) topped and skirted 2'x8' table and Two (2) chairs. Each Artist Booth includes Two (2) Staff badges. Staff Badges are only to be used by representatives working at an Exhibitor Booth. Power will be sold separately by the venue, pricing for one outlet starts at $85

Each Exhibitor floor space, Indie Dev space, and Artist space is 10'x10' and includes One (1) topped and skirted 2'x8' table and Two (2) chairs.  Each Exhibitor, Artist and Indie Dev booth includes Two (2) Staff Badges.  Additional Staff Badges may be purchased in advance or at the door.  Staff Badges are only to be used by representatives working at an Exhibitor Booth. EXHIBITOR FLOOR SPACES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We have special rates for RWX exhibitors and attendees this year at the Marriott Hartford Downtown ($129 a night plus taxes, attached to CT Convention Center) as well as the Hartford Downtown Holiday in ($89 a night plus taxes 0.7 miles away).  There are limited rooms available so head over to our website to get our special hotel rates, book your rooms early!
