The Wizarding Weekend Cosplay Contest is an audience judged contest. All contestants are encouraged to pre-register using the form below. On site registration will be allowed but be aware that lines may form. All contestants must check in at the time of their arrival in order to receive a contestant number and to be photographed for voting slide show. The contestant number must be displayed so that attendees may vote for their favorite costume(s). There will be awards for the following categories (one for each age group: Kids 0-12, Teens and Adults): Silliest in Show, Greatest Attention to Detail, Best Group/Family, and Most Original. Voting will take place starting at 10am Saturday through 2pm Sunday. Winners will be announced during the closing ceremony on Sunday at 3:30pm. You do not need to be present to win. All contestants may participate in the costume parades held on both Saturday and Sunday. In addition to costume parades, a photograph of each entrant will be taken at check in and shown on a repeat loop for attendees to see at the voting station located at the Official Wizarding Weekend Booth.
