What makes C2E2 one of the coolest and best conventions on planet Earth? Besides being Chicago's home for the latest and greatest in all things pop culture - the answer is YOU! We're looking for original and creative programming, so if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to produce programming for one of our Show Features.

- Approved organizations will be contacted via email.
- Allotted exhibiting space and complimentary badges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, per organization.

--- AFTER DARK --- The party doesn’t stop when the Show Floor closes! Interested in after hours programming? Tell us more.
--- COSPLAY CENTRAL --- Cosplay Central is the place to be for anyone interested in cosplay! This area is for any community groups or organizations that have to do with cosplay.
--- FAMILY HQ --- In Family HQ, we have something for everyone. Kids and parents alike can join in our drawing workshops, interactive activities, and entertaining performances. Looking for fun for the whole family? Then bring them out to Family HQ!
--- GAMING ZONE --- Miniatures, tabletop, board games, TCG, arcade, console gaming! Any organizations looking to exhibit or have programming in the Gaming Zone, tell us more!
--- POP ASIA --- Anime, Manga, K-pop, Japanese culture, and all things kawaii! This area contains interactive experiences, gaming, Japanese cultural groups, as well as anime and manga retailers for Fans to explore. Consider Pop Asia your little anime convention haven!
--- PRIDE LOUNGE --- A safe space for the LGBTQ community and allies to chill, hang, create, and play!
--- WRITER'S BLOCK --- Writers Block brings the world of literature to the show and is a haven for avid readers, writers and book lovers alike.
ReedPOP's mission is to create fun, welcoming, awesome events where fans of all kinds can come together and celebrate in an environment where EVERYONE is safe and accepted. Like everyone else at the show, ReedPOP event speakers are subject to our harassment policy not only as fans, but also during event presentations. Per the policy, this includes the prohibition of offensive verbal comments in relation to, but not limited to, race, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age and appearance. If you feel your personal beliefs will prevent you from adhering to our policy, do not submit an application.
