All entrants must pre-register for the contest AND show up 1 hour prior to the competition for roll call at the Main Events stage. Any entries not submitted online before the start of the festival must be submitted on the day of the show at the Cosplay Info Booth located in the Main Exhibition Hall of the Richmond Convention Center.
