MCM Comic Con Community Partners Application

We're proud to partner with some awesome community groups to bring exciting experiences, impressive prop-showcases and hands-on activities to our visitor audience. We're always looking for new groups to work with, so if the below criteria sounds like you and your crew, fill out the form below to apply! Applications will close on Friday 7th April, with successful groups being contacted within 2 weeks of this date.

Please note, you must be an established community organisation with prior experience of running your display or activities at similar events to apply. You must be prepared to operate at MCM Comic Con on a not-for-profit basis, with the sole intention of showcasing your expertise or entertaining visitors at the show, although promoting membership opportunities is permitted. Examples might include, but are not limited to: prop-builder crew, costuming troupe, charity, sports team, fan knowledge-base, experiential entertainment providers.

Please note: MCM Comic Con does not pay appearance fees for community partners. Your appearance at the event is an opportunity to promote your group to the MCM fan universe. Please only apply if you are willing and able to attend on this basis.

I understand that this application does not guarantee me the opportunity to participate at any of the shows selected and instead only registers my request for my group to take part.
If accepted, space and/or panel slots are chosen based on availability. ReedPop reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of your activation at any time. Panels may be livestreamed.

If successful, a number of complimentary badges are given to an agreed number of participants who don't already have another type of badge (Exhibitor, Artist Alley, Creator, etc.).
