MCM Birmingham 2023 Content/Feature Badge Requests

If you are taking part in panels, Pop Asia, Side Quest, Cosplay Central, The Treehouse or other Community Area of the event, please list your badge requirements below by Wednesday 22nd November.

Please note only the amount of badges pre-agreed with your MCM contact will be authorised. I.e. the amount in your application for Pop Asia, or the amount stated in your contract for feature booths. All other badges will need to be paid for in the usual way. Exhibitor, Creator, Retailer and Industry badges are valid for the weekend period, while Speaker badges are day specific (including priority hours).

The confirmation email holding QR codes for your badges will be send to the email address above before the show opens. Please bring this QR code with you when you arrive and collect badges from the Industry desk in the main Queue Hall. If your group wishes to collect their badges individually, please make sure they have their relevant QR code to avoid any confusion on the day.
