Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in EGX, taking place September 22-25 in London. We're always on the lookout for the best panels, meetups, tournaments and stage shows. Our stages host everything from talks about game development and gaming culture to trivia contests to game tournaments from both the industry and our community. Each content session is an hour long and we look for people who can fill it with energetic, intelligent, entertaining and fascinating stuff about gaming. We want things that our audience will find relevant to the gaming industry and gaming culture, from discussion panels to how-tos to live gameplay. It could be a panel on the evolution of character creation. It could be a blindfolded boss rush. It could be a how-to on setting up a podcast studio at home. Get creative!
Here's some tips on how to make your submission stand out: (1) Gaming topics that YOU are passionate about. (2) Unique perspectives on those topics that we haven't seen before. (3) A diverse group of panelists. Don't be afraid to reach outside your immediate network! (4) Energetic panelists who are experts in their respective fields.
Panels run for 45-60 minutes and all panelists will be provided with mics, a sound system and a projector (as well as a stage, chairs. tables, etc). If you have any questions please reach out to panels@egx.net. Good luck!
