Cosplay Competition Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of the MagicCon: Minneapolis Cosplay Competition. This application form is for the competition on May 6, 2023 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, MN. The winner of this competition will receive a prize. Applications close on Sunday April 16, 2023 at 11:59PM EST and we will confirm if you have a place in the competition in late April 2023.

Please note: The contest will take place on the Saturday of the show and you will require a valid ticket to the event. Applying does not guarantee a spot in the contest. Acceptance into the contest does not qualify for free entry.

I have crafted my own costume i.e. It is not store bought, commissioned or assembled from readymade clothing. 80% of the costume is handmade by me.

I will be at least 18 years of age by May 6, 2023.

I am a citizen or permanent resident of the USA, Canada or Mexico.

*I have not used this costume in a previous cosplay contest final.
