Thank you for applying to participate in the 2022 Phoenix Fan Fusion Youth Masquerade Costume Contest and Fashion Show!
Please read the contest rules on our website before submitting your official application. The contest is open to youth ages newborn to 15. Teens 13 to 15 may either enter the Youth Masquerade or the Saturday night Masquerade but not both. Deadline for entries is May 1st. nThis event will be in two parts. The first part is the official costume contest which will be judged by a panel of our expert judges and requires pre-registration. While the judges are deliberating, we will have a youth fashion show which will NOT be judged. It is just for fun and does NOT require pre-registration. You can be in the Masquerade or the Fashion Show but not both. nIf you want to be in the fashion show , just show up at room 232ABC at 1:30 on Sunday and put your name on the list for the fashion show. We will have a table set up in the hall for pre-registration. We will accept only the first 15 entries at the door so get there early to get a spot! Please check your spam often in the event the email is waiting in the spam folder. Event organizers are not responsible for lost or misdirected emails. The show is limited to 15 total entries with a maximum of 30 total costumes (including groups). Acceptance of all candidates/costumes is solely at the discretion of the event organizers and any costume may be excluded if the show organizers determine that the costume is not a good fit for the event. You may provide photos of your entry by emailing them to mary.gillespie@phoenixfanfusion.com but you are not required to do so.
