Artist Alley Application

Soonercon's Artist Alley consists of tables lining the hallways of the main conference space June 21-23 at the Embassy Suites in Norman, OK. Artist Alley tables are ideal for networking, taking commissions, and selling prints, trinkets, and more.

Space in Artist Alley is intended for individual artists and writers. Artist Alley serves as a gateway for smaller creators to showcase their portfolio of work at our event. Likewise, it allows Soonercon to provide a rich and engaging environment for our attendees. It is crucial that applicants fully and accurately fill out all sections of this form to ensure a smooth selection process. This ensures a cohesive and organized layout for all participants.

Final selection is based on overall show variety and quality, programming guests, and space availability.

By applying for space at Soonercon you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, and policies of Soonercon. Additionally, you agree to hold Soonercon and the Future Society of Central Oklahoma harmless to any damages or loss due to theft during the course of the convention, and understand that insurance for merchandise and display materials is the responsibility of the exhibitor/participant. Stated attendance numbers are based on past Soonercon events. Soonercon does not guarantee attendance numbers. NOTICE: Bootleg, unlicensed, and stolen works are strictly prohibited. Soonercon reserves the right to ask about merchandise being sold and remove vendors who do not follow our guidelines. Original fanart is allowed.
