MCM Birmingham November 2022 - Panel and Screening Application

Our awesome fans have always provided the best content the shows has to offer and we're looking for original and creative programming for all our 2022 conventions; so if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to host a panel or screening.

Please note that all ReedPop events will also include a world-class digital experience for fans at home and options for panel organisers to present their program, even if they do not attend the show.

Submission Deadline: Friday 23rd September. You'll hear back from the team by 7th October (at the latest) with a decision on your application - we know, the anticipation is killing us!

Please note: MCM Comic Con does not pay for speaking fees, travel, lodging or meals for submitted panels, it is your responsibility to get yourself and your panellists to the show. Please only apply if you are willing and able to attend.
Before submitting members of the panel, make sure all of your panellists are 100% interested in taking part. You wouldn't put down Gal Gadot's name without first consulting Wonder Woman herself, right? Right. Panellists names can be adjusted later on, so for now only list the folks you know are committed. A maximum of six speaker badges will be provided per panel. We aren't able to provide badges for plus 1s. And a reminder: ReedPop values fresh voices and diverse perspectives.
