Cosplayers wishing to receive guest status to Anime Ohio 2022 MUST complete this form. Applicants MUST fill the form as specified/instructed or the application will be null and void. Applications will be received and invitations to potential guests will be sent to cosplayers for the upcoming event. Guests may apply to receive a booth or table at the show (for guests that have photos and images to display and sell to fans) or guests may receive admission (no booth or table, but still dress in character and pose with fans walking around for photos). All Cosplay Guests are expected to submit and participate in panel/workshop sessions and programming for Anime Ohio 2022.
