DPCC 2020 Experience the CoMix Application

Experience the CoMix (EtCM) at Denver Pop Culture Con (DPCC) provides middle and high school students with the opportunity to engage with and learn from leading pop culture creators and educators, including authors, comic creators, filmmakers, game developers and scientists.

Through this experience, Pop Culture Classroom intends for students to experience a wide variety of pop culture, learn about potential careers from leaders in their fields, reveal in the diversity of geekdom and, above all, have fun!

Before submitting your application, please review the following policies, by applying to participate in EtCM you agree to follow these guidelines.

-Classes and programs who participated in EtCM 2019, should not apply for a second time - this is to allow others to experience this unique event.

-Applicants are responsible to arrange all necessary transportation to and from the event, for students and chaperons.

-Applicants are responsible for organizing their students and chaperons on site and ensuring that participants receive their badges, attendees the opening sessions, and attend the required panels.

-DPCC requires a minimum of 1 adult chaperon per 15 students.

-Applicants are responsible for obtaining permission from all participants and informing students, families, and chaperons of the schedule and requirements.

-Participants are required to attend a minimum of two educational sessions.

The EtCM application window for DPCC 2020 closes on May 1, 2020. All applicants should be notified of their submission status no later than May 15, 2020.
