ReedPop 2021 Panel And Screening Application

We're beyond excited to safely welcome fans back to physical shows later this year. Our awesome fans have always provided the best content the shows has to offer and we're looking for original and creative programming for all our 2021 conventions. So if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to host a panel or screening at the show of your choice. Make sure it's kick ass though, as panel and screening slots are in high demand. Please note that all ReedPop events will also include a world-class digital experience for fans at home and options for panel organizers to present their program, even if they do not attend the show.

Be sure to set a couple of reminders in your phone and make sure you get your submissions in early. The specific deadlines for all shows are as follows:

Florida Supercon Submission Deadline: July 30 (CLOSED)

New York Comic Con Submission Deadline: July 30 (CLOSED)

MCM London Comic Con Submission Deadline: September 3

MCM Birmingham Comic Con Submission Deadline: September 3

Emerald City Comic Con Submission Deadline: September 3

C2E2 Submission Deadline: September 3

You'll hear back from the team within 2 weeks after submissions close with a decision on your application- we know, the anticipation is killing us too.

We're here for you, so if you have any questions while you wait, feel free to shoot us an email at Mischief managed!

Below you will choose which shows you are looking to pitch programming for.

Please note: As in previous years, ReedPop does not pay for speaking fees, travel, lodging or meals. You are more than welcome to submit your program for multiple shows but it is your responsibility to get you and your panelists to the show itself. Panels will be assessed on a per show basis and acceptance to one does not guarantee acceptance to all.

Before pitching any names for the panel, make sure all of your panelists are 100% interested in taking part. You wouldn't put down Gal Gadot's name without first consulting Wonder Woman herself. Right? Right. You can always adjust the names of your panelists later on, so for now only list the folks you know are down. A maximum of six speaker badges will be provided per panel.

We aren't able to provide badges for plus 1's and we don't pay for speaking fees, travel, lodging or meals.

Now, please re-read your submission and confirm all the above information is correct and suitably impressive. All good? Then tick a few more boxes and click submit! All boxes below must be checked. Any questions or concerns? Please contact

I acknowledge that my programming submission will be reviewed by ReedPop staff and consultants. ReedPop would like to keep you informed about related events and services. If you do not wish to receive such information or to change your communication preferences visit at any time.
