MCM Comic Con Community Partners Application

Finding friendships and fellow fans to nerd-out with is part of what makes MCM so special. That's why we're proud to partner with some awesome community groups to bring exciting experiences, impressive prop showcases and hands-on activities to our visitor audience. We're always looking for new groups to partner up with, so if the below criteria sounds like you and your crew, fill out the form to apply!
The submission deadline will be Friday 2nd September and we'll do our best to get back to you within a week of this date, should you be successful.

Please note, you must be an established community organisation with prior experience of running your display/activity at similar events to apply. You must be prepared to operate at MCM Comic Con on a not-for-profit basis with the sole intention of showcasing your expertise or entertaining visitors at the show.
Examples include, but are not limited to: Prop-builder crew, costuming troupe, sports team, fan knowledge-base, experiential entertainment provider

Please note: MCM Comic Con does not pay appearance fees for community partners. Your appearance at the event is an opportunity to promote your group to the MCM fan universe. Please only apply if you are willing and able to attend on this basis.
