Submit a game event for Board Game Bash here!

If you're interested in running a game, tournament, or special event at Board Game Bash, then this is the place to start!

Just fill out the form with all the details of your event to have it added to the schedule.  There are four different types of events:

• Standard Games are single-table runnings of games.  Use our online schedule to find players for games you're looking to play.
• Demos are demonstrations of games designed to teach a game.  This can be one or multiple tables.
• Tournaments are multi-table competitive games.
• Special Events are anything else that doesn't fall into these categories.

Anyone is free to submit an events for our schedule.  If you submit a tournament or special event that gets at least 12 players signed up, then you will get reimbursed for your ticket to the convention!  (Note that demos and single games are not eligible for free admission.)

Note that by submitting a game event to the schedule, you are agreeing to run the event on time and with preparation.  If an issue comes up and you will be unable to host your event, you are expected to find a replacement host or, if unable to find a replacement, cancel the event.  In either case, notify BGB staff as soon as possible at info@boardgamebash.com of the change.

In addition, while all convention attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct, this is especially true of people hosting events.  Events are to be open, welcoming, and enjoyable to everyone, and harassment of any sort, by hosts or players, is not tolerated.
