Thank you for volunteering to run a tabletop game! Please use the form below to enter the details of the game you'd like to run (multiple games require multiple submissions). Once submitted, our staff will review the game(s) and contact you with any questions and to confirm the details. Once approved and completed, your game(s) will appear on our schedule when it goes live to the public in March.
Our organized play RPG societies tend to use the following time blocks in order to get in three slots per day: 10:20 am – 2:20 pm, 2:40 pm – 6:40 pm and 7 pm – 11 pm. Please note that if you are planning an independent RPG, it is easier to find players if you don't overlap multiple slots of the organized play schedule.
In the form below, you will be given the opportunity to specify your available time(s) to run the game you have submitted. You can be as specific about the time as you like, and our staff will pick a time within the days and hours you listed if possible.
Note that submitting a game does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified via email once you complete the submission process, once the game is approved and once a time is assigned. Only after all three of those are complete will the game be shown on the public schedule. In order to qualify for a free badge, Game Masters must sign up for a total of 12 hours of sessions across all 3 days. This may be divided however you wish, but it must fit between the 10:20 am - 11pm window that the gaming hall is open for this year, Friday and Saturday, and 10-6 on sunday.
