Rated PG-13 :: A young terrified couple arrives in the town of Orestis, at the foot of the Verno Mountains, in the province of in Macedonia. They are desperate to find someone to save their small mountain village. Their home, the village of Makrochori, and other area villages have paid tribute to an Emissary of the Goddess of Verno for centuries. The tribute takes the form of a young pregnant women and sometimes a fair youth as wells. Defiance to the Emissary is met with punishment for the villages, in the form of drought, plague, strange murders and kidnapping. Will you step forward to end the tyrant and horror of The Goddess of Verno? An original scenario, written specifically to debut at ConnectiCon 2018 (for her many Cthulhu Invictus enthusiasts), by Oscar Rios , author of The 7th Edition Guide to Cthulhu Invictus. Returning investigators welcome and encouraged.
