Anne Wheaton

Anne Wheaton retired from her 17-year career as a hairdresser to focus full-time on her true passions: her love of rescue pets and helping her fellow humans. She has served as a Director for the Pasadena Humane Society for the past four years and as an Ambassador for National Women’s Health Week through the U.S. Health Department’s Office On Women’s Health. She also manages a non-profit she and her husband started, The Foundation To Increase Awesome. Her passion for animals led to her writing her first children’s book Piggy and Pug, to share the joy of having pets as part of your family.
