Laura Martin (née DePuy), is an award-winning colorist, with over 1,100 contributions across the comic book industry. Martin has worked for many of the major publishers, starting with her time at Wildstorm (Planetary, Authority) and then moving onto CrossGen comics (Ruse, Negation, Sojourn, Meridian), Marvel (Thor, Black Panther, Uncanny Avengers,, Universe X) and DC (Wonder Woman, Superman, Harley Quinn). Martin has also colored for Joss Whedon on several occasions (Astonishing X-Men, Serenity, Serenity: Those Left Behind) and for the Star Wars comics with John Cassaday (Skywalker Strikes). In addition to within multiple Eagle Awards, and receiving a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Comic Book nomination, Martin won the Eisner for Best Colorist in 2000 and 2002.
