Dan Jurgens

Dan Jurgens began his comics career in 1981 as artist on DC Comics' The Warlord. He then created, wrote and drew Booster Gold and added Legion Of Super-Heroes, Flash Gordon, Green Arrow and Justice League America to his résumé. Most notably, he logged a 10-year run as writer/artist on Superman, including the best-selling "Death of Superman," for which he won the National Cartoonists Society Award. At Marvel Comics, he wrote and/or drew The Sensational Spider-Man, The Mighty Thor and Captain America. Dan is currently writing Batman Beyond, Nightwing and Titans Giant, which is one of DC's Walmart Exclusive books.
