Nashrah Mohd Reza

Nashrah Mohd Reza is 15 years old and lives in Colorado. The White House hosts an Annual Student Film Festival to showcase young, aspiring videographers from all over the nation, and this year's theme is "The World I Want to Live In." She was given the opportunity to create a short film depicting this theme, and the top selected film makers would then be invited to showcase their film at the White House.
She envisioned her film was to show the world what it is like being a young Muslim woman in America, and the video was a Final Selection showcased at the White House Film Festival Event last October in Washington, D.C.
Nashrah will speak with young women in a panel and in the 8bit Stage of the Lab on the Exhibit Floor during Con weekend. Watch the schedule for specific times.
