Tim started his career with Jim Henson in New York working on Sesame Street. He was one of the forerunners of animatronic design and is still in great demand today.
His credits include several Muppet movies, The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, Return to OZ, Fierce Creatures, Walking with Dinosaurs, Spitting Image and Dr Who.
Most famous of all is his character Admiral Ackbar in both Star Wars Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens.
