Born in Iowa, moved to Chicago for art school, then moved to Los Angeles to work in animation, then to France to work , then back to Los Angeles, then back to France and then back to Los Angeles , then back to France, then back to Chicago, then to Tokyo and now back in Chicago,all the while drawing stuff. Currently still drawing stuff and thinking of moving again. Always one step ahead of something. Best known for his work on Hard Boiled; The Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot, which was adapted into an animated television series of the same name, and Shaolin Cowboy.
