Carlose Estes (Storehouse Planning)

Panelist

Carlose Estes has been in the insurance and financial services industry since November 2006. He joined Allstate as a property and casualty agency owner in 2007. He became a leader within his peer group due to his entrepreneurial thinking and consultative approach toward sales. He built his Allstate agency from scratch and was quickly invited to become a regional advisory board member in 2008. He served in this capacity for two years representing his peer group and acting as a guide toward cultivating a new agency owner business model that is still used today. Carlose wanted to offer his clients full service options early on. He identified the need to further deepen the relationships of his property and casualty clients. He added financial services to his business model becoming one of a few select group of agents that offer complete consultative services managing both the physical assets and monetary assets of his clients. He joined Pruco Securities, in 2010 where he earned Rookie of the year honors as being a top producer for Prudential’s Midwest Territory based out of Overland Park, Kansas. In 2014 Carlose established a totally independent firm offering services that best fit his client regardless of the company those services were aligned to. This was the birth of Storehouse Planning which is a full service insurance and financial services firm. Carlose’s approach to sales is one where he considers himself an educator of empowerment options. It is never a matter of if someone wants to experience success but a question of how to reach success. He is a husband to Susan Estes, father of three and community volunteer. Carlose is the Principal owner of Storehouse Planning, which is located in the Northland area of Kansas City, Missouri
