SARAH MURPHY


Sarah has been teaching for almost 10 years and has studied many different approaches to asana. Her style of teaching has been shaped by nature and a deep need to connect to the raw human experience through body and breath. With a passion for music and encouraging students to connect to their personal journeys, Sarah’s enthusiasm for yoga is apparent. She thrives on witnessing people from all walks of life on their path to connecting with something deeper, feeling their way to a more intuitive space within.
