Press Applications open between March 3, 2019 and May 1, 2019. No late applications will be accepted!
Press Passes are subject to the guidelines and policies of the convention in the same ways as all METROCON passes. METROCON and Team Dynamite Productions reserve the right to deny access to press for privacy, trade secret, guest request, or any other reason as deemed necessary to any area of the convention at the sole discretion of the METROCON staff.
All press agree to provide honest coverage, and not to engage in slanderous or libelous activities. Press Passes will be revoked for abuse including but not limited to shock-style coverage, inappropriate interactions with fans, numerous complaints from patrons or staff, complaints from the building staff, or any reason as deemed necessary by the METROCON staff or its parent company, Team Dynamite Productions LLC.
Press Passes, if approved, can be picked up at registration on the second floor mezzanine at the convention during normal registration hours.

All coverage must be provided to Shannon Fazio, Head of Registration, within one week after the event takes place to provide proof of completion of Media Coverage agreement. Failure to provide subsequent evidence of coverage can result in future denial of Press Pass access, invoice for the cost of passes utilized at the convention, or other penalties for violating the agreement to participate as a media coverage affiliate.
