3XC Events will be opening press registration to journalists regularly making editorial contributions. This includes writers, reporters, reviewers, producers, photographers, cameraman etc. This specific pass release is to cover our event for newspapers, magazines, TV, Blogs, podcasts, radio and other significant media outlets.
The deadline to apply for press passes is September 5th, 2020 at 7am CST. Press Passes are being made available to the following media outlets who meet these guidelines:
Websites deemed offensive or antagonistic towards our fandom, guests or the event will not be approved. There will be no onsite registration. The number of passes that will be distributed is at the sheer discretion of 3XC Events. If you are granted a press pass, we ask that you complete a piece/share information about the event.
Because it is difficult to grant passes to everyone who makes a request, please be sure to be very detailed in filling out this form. Each press badge is issued individually. If you are applying with a team, each person on your team needs to apply and be approved separately. Every individual applying for a press pass may only apply once. Multiple applications for 1 participant will not guarantee a better chance of approval.
Your Press badge DOES NOT allow early access into the building, special access or guaranteed seating. You will not have an exclusive placement to cover the event outside that of a standard attendee. If any event requires an additional ticket, you will be required to obtain that separately.
As always, the issuance of a press badge is at the sole discretion of 3XC Events. Please be respectful to all our guests participating in the convention. Our press badges are provided as a courtesy to cover our event. We do not tolerate stunt type events, ambush interviewing or any action that could be considered unsafe. All or our press passes are to adhere to the same rules as our attendees.
