Each year we allow a select amount of media coverage. 2017 We will be issuing some changes company wide. Please review the following before filling out our application
1. All media personnel will be required to check in Friday at 5pm-7pm March 17th 2017 unless otherwise specified.
2. A copy of all pictures, video and other forms of media that are collected must be given to staff personnel before leaving our show. This will not always be required but it is a possibility. Note that if we are unable to collect requested data, future applications for passes will be revoked.
3.Members of the press that want to videotape, film, and/or record any matter that will be used for commercial purposes (non-news) must first obtain written permission from SilvrFire LLC as well as permission of the panel participants. Live streaming at Permian Basin Comic Con X along with posting a panel in its entirety is not permitted. Please email contact@silvrfire.com to request the appropriate consents along with detailed information regarding your interest in recording at Permian Basin Comic Con X
PLEASE NOTE: Names, outlets, titles, country, and email addresses of registered SilvrFire press will be made available to studios, exhibitors, programming participants, etc., prior to the convention (SilvrFire Press List).
As always, the issuance of a press badge is at the sole discretion of SilvrFire LLC. Please be respectful to all attendees. A Permian Basin Comic Con X press badge is provided as a courtesy to cover the event. Permian Basin Comic Con X does not tolerate coverage that includes stunt type events, ambush interviewing or any sort of action that could make any of our attendees feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
