John Beatty is a comic book artist associated with his tenure on some of the more iconic Marvel Comics of the 1980's and 90's. His ink work helped to bring SECRET WARS and CAPTAIN AMERICA to life and his artwork on PUNISHER WAR JOURNAL helped to define the character in modern comics. Beatty's time at DC Comics also saw him on such high profile books such as BATMAN, GREEN LANTERN, and JUSTICE LEAGUE EUROPE.
