Steven Grant is a comic book writer who is best known for his work at Marvel Comics. He is best known for his work on CONTEST OF CHAMPIONS as well as bringing THE PUNISHER back to the Marvel spotlight in an acclaimed limited series. He was also selected by Howard Chaykin to continue writing the successful AMERICAN FLAGG! series after the creator's departure.

Other great works by Grant include X-MAN, DEATHSTROKE, CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN, as well as the creation of the Capital Comics character, Whisper. Grant also wrote the comic series 2 GUNS for Boom Comics, which later became a movie with Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg.
