Denis Lawson is an actor and director best known for playing Wedge Antilles in the original Star Wars trilogy, and The Rise of Skywalker! He has also played John Jarndyce in the BBC's adaptation of Bleak House, Gordon Urquhart in Local Hero, and DI Steve McAndrew in BBC One's New Tricks. He is also an uncle of actor Ewan McGregor.
