Joey Lauren Adams is one of the most recognizable personalities in Kevin Smith’s View Askewniverse! She first appeared in Smith's films in Mallrats as the supporting character Gwen Turner. However, it was her role as Alyssa Jones in the 1997 film Chasing Amy that became her breakout role. Adams has also appeared in hit films such as Dazed and Confused, Bio-Dome, and even starred opposite Adam Sandler in Big Daddy!
