Juliana Harkavy is an actress best known as Dinah Drake, aka the Black Canary on The CW's Arrow. Previously, Harkavy was known for her role in the hit television series The Walking Dead, where she recurred as former Army reservist and Tara's girlfriend, Alisha. Juliana guest-starred as Black Canary on The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and as Sarah on Constantine. She also played Rebecca in Dolphin Tale, and it's sequel, Dolphin Tale 2.
