The word “resplandecer” means “glitter” in Spanish. Not the noun, but the verb. That’s precisely what Resplandecer Cosplay does. For the past eight years she has sought to create fun and inviting dialogues, interesting topics, and to use her dazzling wit to keep con goers thinking and laughing. Starting as a live entertainer, event producer and festival organizer in 2011, Resplandecer quickly transitioned to the convention world primarily as a panelist, but also cosplay guest and contest organizer and emcee. With a massive love of Marvel, B movies, and sewing monstrous ball gowns, Resplandecer Cosplay’s panels are evocative, informative and always entertaining.
