Chad Manley is the Enterprise Agile Coach at BCforward, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. He brings over a decade of experience working with software development teams from industries ranging from government, and pharmaceuticals, to manufacturing and start-ups. Over the last year and a half, Chad has worked at the team and program levels with BCforward, before recently accepting his new role as Enterprise Agile Coach. Chad takes a pragmatic approach to solving problems through a deep understanding of the differences between frameworks and methodologies and how they should be applied to facilitate organization transformation. Chad holds the following professional certifications; Safe Program Consultant (Scaled Agile), Agile Certified Coach (ICAgile), Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), as well as his Project Management Professional (PMI) certification.
