Dr. Josh Plaskoff

Dr. Josh Plaskoff has 30 years of experience helping large organizations, in both the private and public sector, reach their greatest potential through organizational transformation and learning. Currently he is the Vice President of Leadership Development at KAR Auction Services, a global, public vehicle remarketing company based in Carmel, IN. Previously, he was Director of Learning and Experience Design for HighPoint Global, where he was the thought leader on citizen experience and learning for the Federal Government. He developed and implemented the user learning community strategy at ExactTarget (now SalesForce), served as the learning, organizational, and leadership development strategist at Emmis Communications, led the corporate organizational learning strategy for Eli Lilly and Company, and was lead designer for service training at Xerox Corporation.

Dr. Plaskoff also served as management faculty at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and Fellow of its Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence and is currently on the graduate business faculty at University of Indianapolis. He has written and spoken extensively on organizational learning, change, culture, leadership and employee experience. He has consulted for several major companies and non-profits including Hewlett Packard, Dow AgriSciences, Western Digital, American Cyanamid, Del Taco, the National Center for Deaf-Blindness, IndyGo, United Way, and Federal Express. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Davis, his M.S.Ed. from the University of Southern California, and his Ph.D. from Indiana University.
