Lloyd Work spent the first 30 years of his career doing software development and management full-time while maintaining a side career as a published author and comedian. Lloyd recently left his IT management career behind in order to pursue more writing and comedy opportunities. As “Buck Foley, Motivational Speaker” Lloyd has performed hundreds of shows for corporations such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Eli Lilly, St. Vincent, USPS, Cox Automotive, The Indianapolis Colts, Blackboard and many more. He has appeared on national TV and radio programs, podcasts and commercials. Lloyd’s next full-length play, “Another Mulligan”, is being produced this August at the IndyFringe festival; his collection of short stories called “Bedtime Stories” is slated to be released later this fall and his novel “The Steeplewood Chase” will be released early next spring.
