Mitchell “Mitch” Malloy is a certified SAFe Program Consultant who has practiced Agility as a Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach. He has also successfully applied Agile concepts to traditional project management in a variety of settings. Mitch has worked with Fortune 50 companies and start-ups, in both the private and public sectors, and is passionate about imparting what he has learned to others, setting them up for success.

He has been mentoring others for over 10 years with a focus on value, eye for excellence and passion for people. His collaborative approach, creative analytical nature, and team-building skills create pathways from vision to reality, generating tangible value. Mitch has managed technology as a naval officer, taught applications and programming to high school students, and developed software as a technical lead. He has been practicing Agile techniques and growing in his own Agile journey since the mid-1990’s. Mitch is certified to train and mentor Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Lean-Agile Leaders. He's been privileged to participate and lead Agile Transformations, having taught and mentored hundreds of people in Agile values, principals and techniques over the past several years.
