Emmy Award winning meteorologist Nicole Misencik is a familiar face to Central Indiana television viewers. With 13 years of experience in news and media, 9 years at WTHR-TV in Indianapolis, her love for Hoosier communities runs deep.

Misencik traded her middle of the night alarm, for a position as Director of Operations with Collective Alternative, an Indianapolis based comprehensive marketing firm specializing in making business personal for small, local businesses. At Collective Alternative, helping local businesses build the Hoosier economy, make a difference in the community, and invest in Indianapolis’ future in new ways is why the firm exists.
