Lanie was born and raised in Georgia. Immersed in books and science fiction shows and movies most of her life, she only discovered conventions a few years ago. She immediately began volunteering and fell in love with every bit of it. Lanie lives in the Atlanta area and especially enjoys the crafty/creative side of fandom. Lanie directs the CREATE programming track (all the cool workshops and demos) at Multiverse.
