Daniel Amrhein

Daniel Amrhein is an independent scholar and comics historian with a BFA in Art and Art History from Armstrong State University. His primary areas of study include intersectional feminism, visual modes of female objectification in art, and 1940s superheroines. Daniel has given academic presentations on art history and comics studies at numerous academic symposiums and fan conventions. He has served on the Comics and Popular Arts Conference Coordinating Board since 2015.
