Gigi Eng

Gigi Eng is a New Yorker who considers Atlanta “Home Geek Home”. A multi-genre writer, her short stories have been published in Weirdbook 36 and an award winning literary anthology. Gigi’s short plays have been produced off Broadway in NYC, and she’s appeared onstage as part of a Grand Guignol cabaret. Under different pen names, she’s published non-fiction, paranormal romance, and other types of writing she can’t show her grandma. She geeks hard to BSG and NuWHO, remembers the “Skiffy Boards” fondly, yells Qapla! at entirely inappropriate moments, cries while reading Bill Willingham’s Fables, treats Free Comic Book Day as a national holiday, wants a Tauntaun coat (only if it’s made of fabric and not a Tauntaun), and hopes to discover she’s really a clone played by Tatiana Maslany, or inspire a character created by Neil Gaiman. Gigi is the director of the MEET track at Multiverse.
