Dana is best known for her role as the original Audrey Griswold in the 1983 film National Lampoon's Vacation. She reprised the role in 2003's National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Movie 2: Cousin Eddie’s Island Adventure for NBC television. She also played Eleanor in the television series William Tell, Nikki Witt in Beverly Hills 90210, and Casey Wells in The Magnificent Seven.
