Scott Spillman’s impressive resume includes commercial work for well-known companies such as Harley-Davidson, Lucas Films, the NFL, and many more. Yet it is his experience as a fine artist that he transitioned to the expansive comic convention scene. Unique style, elegance, and technique applied to his traditional use of acrylics on canvas have not gone unnoticed. It was shortly after his very first show that Scott found himself featured as an International Guest Artist and since then, his highly sought-after work has not only been highlighted in books and magazines but has made appearances in an AMC television commercial as well as AMC's The Walking Dead 100th episode documentary, Behind the Dead. Blending fine art with fan art, he continues expanding his vision to include a wide variety of renowned horror icons as well as tapping into the pulse of pop culture beyond the horror genre. The added element of live painting during shows allows him the opportunity for a more personalized connection to the fans.
