He is recognized throughout the security industry as a pioneer when it comes to building teams, bringing industry partners together and an expert in security and smart home sales distribution. Since joining the industry over 20 years ago as a salesperson, today his company is the largest nationwide distributor of Brinks Home Security. Together with his wife, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, of TV series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and founder of All In by Teddi, a fitness company, he continues to expand his influence and build upon his success while inspiring and motivating salespeople and entrepreneurs worldwide.
