Mark started, built and sold a $20M/yr tech company. He was later diagnosed with Bipolar I Disorder and told there was no cure. Despite a prognosis that has destroyed many, Mark made it through and is healthy and thriving. His transformation is extraordinary and his lessons are available for all people to rise to their potential. His story is worth listening to and his exercises will change the way you think about you, and what is possible.
