John Shade is a short story writer living and working in Houston, Texas, with work that has appeared in webzines and collections such as Daily Science Fiction, Triangulation: Parch and GigaNotoSaurus. John attended the Viable Paradise workshop and holds an MFA from the University of Southern Maine's Stonecoast creative writing program.
